Everything you need to know
Do I need Pilates experience?
Not at all. Gaby cues every level in the room, with options to make each move easier or spicier. If you can laugh and breathe at the same time, you’re ready.
What should I bring?
Grip socks (required, and available at check-in), a water bottle and your friends. Mats are provided unless the event page says otherwise.
Can I come alone?
Please do. Most of our regulars came solo the first time. We’re welcoming by design, and you’ll leave knowing people.
What’s the refund policy?
Tickets can be transferred to a friend any time, or refunded up to 48 hours before the event. See our ticket policy.
Where exactly is it?
Every event page lists the neighborhood. The exact address, parking and arrival notes are emailed with your ticket.
